By entering any giveaway hosted on this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Entrants must reside in New Zealand and hold New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Proof of age, identity, and residency/citizenship may be required to claim a prize.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Rev To Win are not eligible to enter.

Entry methods and details are specified on each individual giveaway page.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the specified closing date will not be accepted.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on the specified draw date.
Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided at entry (email, phone, or social media).
Winners must respond within 48 hours of initial contact to claim the prize.
- Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture, and a new winner will be drawn.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize(s) offered will be clearly described on the giveaway page.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.
Rev to Win will cover the cost of transporting the vehicle to the winner, as well as provide a valid Warrant of Fitness (WOF) and registration for six (6) months.
Once the vehicle has been delivered to the winner, Rev to Win relinquishes all responsibility for the car, including but not limited to maintenance, repairs, insurance, and any future issues.

Entries must be submitted under the entrant’s real name. False or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.
By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, photo, and any statements for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
We will handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

The winner may be required to participate in promotional activities including photos, videos, or interviews, which may be used across our social media, website, and marketing material.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.

Rev to Win is not responsible for:
- Any technical failures or disruptions affecting entry;
- Lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries;
- Any damage or loss caused (directly or indirectly) as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
